PROCLAMATION OF ELECTION RESULTS

The Chair of the Board of Election Inspectors, upon the completion of the election returns, shall publicly and orally announce the total number of votes received in the election in the polling place by each candidate, stating the corresponding office they seek to be elected. (Sec. 213, B.P. Blg. 881, as amended
