VOTE BUYING

(1) Any registered voter offering to vote for a particular candidate (s) upon receipt or is expecting to receive money or anything of value as consideration for his vote or for the vote of another;

(2) Any person who has paid, offered or promised to pay, or has contributed, offered or promised to contribute money or anything of value as consideration for the vote of a particular candidate (s) by another;

(3) Any person who has made or received a promise to influence the giving or withholding of any vote for a particular candidate (s); and

(4) Any person who has made a bet or is interested directly or indirectly in a bet which depends upon the result of the election.
